ProCare Therapy is seeking an energetic and dynamic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students in schools across the country! This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on the education of young learners.

As a ProCare Therapy SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with communication disorders of all ages and backgrounds. You'll provide both individual and group therapy sessions, and work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement effective communication strategies in the classroom. In addition, you'll use virtual platforms and technology to deliver therapy services to students in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each student
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other caregivers regarding student progress and treatment
• Use virtual platforms and technology to deliver therapy services to students in a remote setting
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required by the school district
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans
• Provide training and support to teachers and other school staff on effective communication strategies

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Pathology
• Active license in Speech-Language Pathology
• At least two years of school experience
• Must provide your own liability insurance and be comfortable with being a 1099 contractor
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology
