In this role, you will engage with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As an integral member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement tailored IEPs.
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and staff to enhance communication support for students.
• Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and take part in multidisciplinary planning meetings.
• Promote advocacy for students, stay informed on current research, and engage in professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required 
• Pennsylvania SLP license optional
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $50-$55
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
