Position Summary: We are currently interviewing dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote services to a school district in Texas. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to work with diverse student populations, effect profound change in their lives, and elevate your professional career all from the comfort of your own home.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • ASHA CCC's certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in speech and language development, communication disorders, and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with telepractice tools and platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and strong time management skills, enabling the ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, establishing specific goals and objectives
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders through telepractice
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to student support
  • Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and meticulously document all services provided
