Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a difference in students’ lives from the comfort of your home? We are looking for a skilled SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and reach their maximum potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess communication disorders involving speech, language, voice, and fluency; implement personalized IEPs.
Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet changing needs.
Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure students' communication goals are supported.
Perform screenings, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team planning.
Advocate for students, provide training to school staff, and stay informed about advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
North Dakota SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
