Job Title: Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (North Carolina) - VocoVision

Position Overview: We are actively seeking dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologists licensed in North Carolina to join our network. As a Virtual SLP, you will utilize our state-of-the-art platform to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and support clients remotely.

Location: Remote (must be licensed in North Carolina)

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and interventions to diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and strategies via our secure teletherapy platform.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate closely with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes.
Provide education and guidance to families/caregivers to support therapy goals.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina (CCC-SLP preferred).
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Speech Language Pathologist, with proficiency in teletherapy highly desirable.
Technologically savvy with proficiency in teletherapy platforms and electronic documentation systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
Critical thinking skills and ability to independently manage caseloads.
