We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in Washington to join our team and make a meaningful impact from the comfort of their home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders or delays.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' communication goals.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based virtual therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to align therapy goals with students’ educational plans.
• Monitor and document student progress toward achieving communication objectives.
• Provide resources, training, and support to parents and educators to enhance students’ communication development.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Must hold a valid ESA Certification in Washington.
• Minimum two years of school-based experience preferred (clinical experience considered).
• Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and online tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet and updated computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
