Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for California School - Teletherapy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and support students across California. In this role, you will help students address speech and language challenges through virtual sessions. While you don’t need to live in California to apply, you must hold a license in your home state as well as in California to be eligible.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
• Current California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably virtually
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms (training will be provided!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student needs
• Deliver engaging and interactive therapy sessions using various digital tools and resources
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' development and provide necessary resources
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
