Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote – Serving Delaware School District
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Help students in Delaware build critical communication skills through teletherapy while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services through teletherapy, both direct and indirect
• Manage a varied caseload based on district needs, including different ages and disabilities
• Assess students’ needs, create personalized therapy plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers and families to ensure consistent support
• Maintain detailed records for therapy progress, IEPs, and service documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure in Delaware
• At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting
• Comfortable using teletherapy tools and remote technology
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
