Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives while working from home? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse student population, helping them navigate communication challenges and achieve their potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose speech, language, and fluency disorders; design and execute personalized IEPs for students.
Provide direct therapy, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans based on progress.
Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to address communication challenges.
Screen for disorders, maintain records, and attend team meetings for comprehensive planning.
Advocate for student communication needs, train staff, and keep up with professional growth.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Alabama Teaching Certification required
Alabama SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
