Join Our Innovative Team as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!

We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to students.

In this role, you will help diverse students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement student-specific IEPs.
Provide direct therapy services, track progress, and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication challenges.
Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
Support students’ needs, stay current with field developments, and pursue continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
Minnesota SLP license optional
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
