Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy to students with a range of needs and developmental levels
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement personalized therapy interventions
- Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to track and ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates
- Follow ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all interactions
- Create an engaging and positive virtual learning environment
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Required: Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
- Experience with K-12 students preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and dedication to student success
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
