Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech therapy to students with a range of needs and developmental levels
Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement personalized therapy interventions
Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to track and ensure student progress
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates
Follow ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all interactions
Create an engaging and positive virtual learning environment

Qualifications:

Required: Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
Required: Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
Required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
Experience with K-12 students preferred
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and dedication to student success
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
