In this role, you will work with diverse students, helping them overcome communication challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement tailored IEPs.
- Deliver therapy services, track student outcomes, and adjust treatment plans to align with progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to address communication needs and enhance student support.
- Perform screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and contribute to team discussions for holistic planning.
- Champion advocacy for students, provide training resources for staff, and engage in ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Kansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
