Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

-Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs and design personalized treatment plans.
-Deliver direct therapy services to students using live video conferencing.
-Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and educational team members to implement therapy goals and strategies.
-Monitor and meticulously document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
-Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and strategies.
-Attend virtual meetings and consultations with school staff and administrators as necessary.

Qualifications:

-A valid Speech Language Pathologist license
-Proficienct in technology usage, including video conferencing platforms and online documentation systems.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
-The ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage caseloads.
-A reliable internet connection and a home workspace for conducting therapy sessions.
