Washington-Based Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Position Type:
Full-Time, 1099 Contract, Professional Liability Required Upon Offer
Start Date: January - May
Fully Virtual (No need to commute!)
Caseload: PreK-12th Grade
Pay Range: $52-57/hr

We are looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) licensed in Washington to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in PreK-12 students via virtual assessments.
  • Design and implement therapy plans that address students’ unique communication needs.
  • Deliver live virtual speech therapy sessions using engaging and evidence-based techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team conferences.
  • Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Provide resources and strategies to parents and staff to promote continued skill development outside of sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
  • Valid ESA Certification in Washington state.
  • Minimum two years of school-based experience preferred.
  • Technologically proficient with the ability to navigate teletherapy platforms.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a personal computer.
