WFH Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for California School - Teletherapy

We are seeking an experienced Work From Home Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and support a school district in California. In this position, you will help students address speech and language challenges through online sessions. While you don’t need to live in California to apply, you must hold a license in your home state as well as in California to be eligible.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
Active California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Demonstrated involvement working with children in educational settings, preferably online
Basic knowledge of digital therapy tools and platforms (training will be provided!)
Capacity to conduct online assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
Lead interactive therapy sessions utilizing engaging digital tools
Collaborate with educators and parents to support student development and provide necessary resources
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed
Participate in online team meetings and professional development opportunities
