Are you a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing seeking a fulfilling remote position? VocoVision is looking for a remote DHH teacher in Wisconsin to provide crucial support to K-12 students through live videoconferencing. As an independent contractor, you'll be equipped with specialized software, training, and technical assistance to deliver effective educational services online.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Deaf Education or a related field
• Wisconsin teaching certification in Deaf Education
• Experience with virtual instruction and/or IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual instruction and support to DHH students tailored to their individual needs
• Collaborate with school teams, parents, and caregivers to develop and implement effective educational strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Support educational teams in understanding and meeting the needs of DHH students

VocoVision Requirements:

• Must provide your own liability and general insurance
• Must operate as an independent contractor
• Home computer with high-speed internet
• Passed basic tech screening
