We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver outstanding virtual speech and language services to students.
In this role, you will support diverse students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. You’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess issues related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply customized IEPs.
- Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to support and improve communication skills.
- Perform assessments, maintain accurate records, and take part in team meetings for strategic planning.
- Advocate for students’ communication needs, stay current with industry trends, and pursue professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
- Minnesota SLP license optional
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
