Responsibilities:

• Identify speech and language disorders, crafting tailored IEPs to guide student growth.
• Offer direct therapy, track outcomes, and modify plans as required.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and staff to enhance communication development.
• Conduct screenings, document findings, and join team meetings for comprehensive planning.
• Support students through advocacy, training staff, and pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• South Carolina Teaching Certification required
• South Carolina SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• 1099 Position 
• School Hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$45
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
