Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote, 1099 contract role. In this position, you will provide speech therapy services to children or adults via a secure online platform, making a significant impact on clients' lives from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote speech therapy to K-12 students or adults, depending on the assignment
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans
Use evidence-based techniques to support communication skills development
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to track progress and ensure effective services
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Uphold high standards of professionalism and care in all interactions

Qualifications:

A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts and a Massachusetts teaching certificate
Experience in clinical or educational settings with children or adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with teletherapy platforms or willingness to undergo training
