Visually Impaired (TVIs) and Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) specialists. The district struggled to find qualified professionals in their area, creating a pressing gap in student services.

help with their behavioral and mental health talent needs. We were able to successfully place
experienced virtual school psychologists and social workers, ensuring students had access to the
mental health resources they required. The positive impact was immediate, and the virtual program has
since grown into a model of success for their schools.
