Their Challenge

Our client began working with us in 2021. Originally, they relied on us solely to provide Teachers of the
Visually Impaired (TVIs) and Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) specialists. While our onsite services proved effective, they were hesitant to leverage virtual services, uncertain how their students would respond. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, however, their need for behavioral and mental health support surged. The district struggled to find qualified professionals in their area, creating a pressing gap in student services.

Our Teletherapy Staffing Solution

Because of the consistent, high-quality talent we had already provided, our client turned to us for
help with their behavioral and mental health talent needs. We were able to successfully place
experienced virtual school psychologists and social workers, ensuring students had access to the
mental health resources they required. The positive impact was immediate, and the virtual program has
since grown into a model of success for their schools.

Today, the client looks to us as their primary partner for virtual special education services, including:

  • DHH Specialists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Psychologists
  • Social Workers
  • TVIs
