Our Teletherapy Staffing Solution
The district partnered with VocoVision to launch an innovative teletherapy program that removed location barriers and connected students with qualified SLPs. The program’s success led to expanding to additional services and technology enhancements:
Expanded Services
- Added virtual Sign Language Interpreters (SLIs) to overcome the logistical challenges of in-person interpreting.
- Extended support beyond the classroom—students now use iPads with mobile hotspots for therapy during class, transitions, recess, and even field trips.
Introduced virtual School Psychologists and interactive touch-screen stations across schools.
Technology & Security Enhancements
Transitioned all devices to JAMF for secure management—now considered a gold standard across clients.
Introduced a two-in-one microphone to improve sound quality.
Rolled out the VocoHub platform, providing centralized Zoom access without recurring meeting links.
