Remote BCBA in Lynn, MA
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services for students in a school setting. This role is based in Lynn, MA, and supports the delivery of behavioral interventions and assessments remotely to meet the individualized needs of students with diverse learning and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) in collaboration with school staff and families.
- Provide telehealth-based direct support and coaching to students to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to integrate behavior strategies within the classroom environment.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, making data-driven recommendations to adjust treatment protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:
