A professional opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support and supervision in a virtual school setting. This fully remote contract position allows you to work from home while applying your expertise to advance behavioral health services.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct BCBA services through telehealth platforms
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure compliance and quality in behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to implement behavior analysis programs tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting consistent with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas BCBA certification
- Proven experience in behavior analysis within educational settings
- Strong skills in virtual service delivery and telehealth communication
- Effective supervision and mentoring capabilities for RBTs
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contract professional
