A contract Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings is needed in Arlington, TX, to support students' developmental and functional goals. This role requires expertise in providing therapy services within educational environments, collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement ARD/IEP plans, and utilizing Frontline software for documentation and reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with validated school-based experience
- Proficient in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) and IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
- Experience using Frontline or similar documentation systems
- Familiarity with servicing schools in the Plano, Richardson, and Benbrook areas is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students abilities and needs to develop individualized therapy plans aligned with their educational goals
- Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to support student success
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic interventions in school settings
