Occupational Therapist School Setting in Grand Prairie, TX

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings, located in Grand Prairie, TX. This role requires expertise working with students within educational environments, specifically supporting ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) and IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist in school settings.
• Familiarity with ARD and IEP meetings and documentation.
• Experience using Frontline software or similar platforms for caseload management.
• Ability to support students' developmental and functional needs in educational environments.
• Preferred candidates will have the capacity to cover nearby locations such as Plano, Richardson, and Benbrook.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide therapeutic services aligned with students' individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop, implement, and review IEP goals.
• Attend ARD meetings to discuss student progress and service planning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation through Frontline or comparable systems.
• Participate in ongoing communication with educational teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
