Occupational Therapist School Setting in Weatherford, TX
A contract Occupational Therapist is needed to support school-based therapy services in Weatherford, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced OT with a strong background in schools and a solid understanding of ARD/IEP processes. The position requires hands-on experience working within educational settings, specifically working with students to enhance their functional abilities and support their learning goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Proven school-based OT experience
- Familiarity with ARD (Admission, Review, Dismissal) and IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and documentation
- Experience with Frontline or similar special education data management systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and related service providers
- Preferred experience servicing Plano, Richardson, and Benbrook areas
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate and contribute to ARD meetings, providing clinical insights and recommendations
