Remote Audiologist in NM

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Audiologist skilled in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role requires providing support to students through a combination of direct therapy, case management, and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering approximately 8 hours per month of direct therapy focused on audiological needs.
• Managing cases, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and paperwork related to student progress and compliance.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings to develop and review individualized plans tailored to student needs.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote audiology services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Mexico certification as an Audiologist.
• Experience working within school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and remote therapy delivery.
• Strong organizational skills for case management and documentation.
• Effective communication skills to engage with educators, families, and students during IEP planning.

Location: Albuquerque, NM (telehealth services provided remotely, with occasional on-site visits as required)
