Online School Audiologist - New Mexico
A contract opportunity is available for an audiologist providing telehealth services within a school setting in Glorieta, NM. This role requires delivering specialized support to students through remote audiology sessions, contributing to their educational success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting approximately 8 hours of direct therapy each month focused on students auditory health and communication needs
- Managing cases effectively by maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Preparing and completing necessary paperwork related to audiology services
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with educators and families and tailor services to student needs
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Must hold valid New Mexico state certification in audiology
- Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and caseloads
- Ability to engage with students, parents, and school staff professionally and compassionately
