Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Julesburg, Colorado

A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve multiple school districts across northeastern Colorado. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a full-time caseload shared between three Educational Units (EUs) within an extensive geographic region, including locations near Julesburg, Sterling, Fort Morgan, and Northeast BOCES.

Location: Northeastern Colorado (Julesburg area and surrounding districts)
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Typically 7:45 AM 4:15 PM, plus travel time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services and support to students across multiple campuses in three separate educational units.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective student progress.
• Manage a minimal yet full-time caseload distributed among the three districts, requiring travel across a wide service area spanning the northeastern corner of Colorado.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for all behavioral interventions and assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working within school settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple locations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the geographic region servicing multiple educational units.
