A contracted opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Reno, NV. This position focuses on providing behavior analysis services within an educational environment to support students' individualized behavioral and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement evidence-based behavior strategies
• Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working as a BCBA within school settings
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families
