This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide professional supervision and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a school environment. The role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience, with the potential for onboarding completed virtually.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs to ensure quality and effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings to review progress, offer feedback, and assist with professional development.
• Collaborate with school staff to align behavioral strategies with educational goals and student needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in occasional meetings or training sessions as required by the school.

Qualifications and Experience:
