Offering a contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in teletherapy, based in Cottonport, LA. This role involves overseeing and supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a school setting from August 2026 through May 2027.
Responsibilities include supervising a caseload of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), conducting regular meetings with teachers to align therapy goals with student needs, and participating in case planning discussions. Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential for coordinating therapy services and ensuring quality outcomes for students.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
