Remote BCBA in Marksville, LA
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide teletherapy services within a school setting from August 2026 through May 2027. This role involves supervising behavioral interventions and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a caseload with three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conducting regular meetings with teachers to align therapy goals with classroom activities.
- Collaborating with school staff to implement and adjust behavior plans.
- Managing caseload documentation and progress monitoring.
- Providing coaching and support to RBTs in the delivery of teletherapy services.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Current BCBA certification with valid licensure as applicable.
- Experience in teletherapy service delivery within educational settings.
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and support multiple RBTs.
- Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and school personnel.
This position offers a part-time schedule of approximately 32.5 hours per week. The role is fully remote, enabling service delivery through teletherapy.
