Remote BCBA in Marksville, LA

A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide teletherapy services within a school setting from August 2026 through May 2027. This role involves supervising behavioral interventions and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising a caseload with three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Conducting regular meetings with teachers to align therapy goals with classroom activities.
• Collaborating with school staff to implement and adjust behavior plans.
• Managing caseload documentation and progress monitoring.
• Providing coaching and support to RBTs in the delivery of teletherapy services.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Current BCBA certification with valid licensure as applicable.
• Experience in teletherapy service delivery within educational settings.
• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and support multiple RBTs.
• Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
