Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Minneapolis, MN
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct services through a virtual platform in the Minneapolis, MN area. This role focuses on delivering specialized behavioral support to secondary-level students in a school setting. The contract duration is flexible, ideally concluding by June 5th, but may extend until June 26th if necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct BCBA services to a small caseload of two students
- Conducting 10 sessions per student, with each session lasting 75 minutes
- Providing behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and implementation tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborating on progress monitoring and data collection to inform ongoing treatment adjustments
- Maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards or guidelines, including holding a current BCBA certification
- Ensuring services are compliant with Minnesota state regulations for virtual practice
Preferred qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligibility to provide behavioral services in the state of Minnesota
- Experience delivering telehealth behavioral services to school-aged children
- Familiarity with secondary education and developmental needs of adolescent students
- Strong communication skills for effective virtual engagement with students and educational staff
This remote position offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location while supporting virtual learners within a structured schedule. Sessions are organized to accommodate the specific needs of each student over the course of the contract.
