Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Richton Park, Illinois
This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide professional behavioral support within a school setting through telehealth and onsite services in Richton Park, IL. The role focuses on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supporting multiple school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise 4-5 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective behavioral interventions.
- Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide behavioral support across two school locations, collaborating with staff and educators.
- Work with a diverse range of age groups, adapting approaches to meet developmental needs.
- Maintain consistent communication and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
- Perform duties Monday through Friday, averaging 32.5+ hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience supervising RBTs and writing BIPs within educational settings.
- Ability to support and manage behavioral interventions for varying age groups.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school personnel.
- Proficiency in telehealth service delivery is a plus.
