Position: Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Georgia
Location: 100% Remote | Supporting K12 Students in Georgia
Employment Type: 1099 Contract | Full-Time or Part-Time

Overview:
Soliant is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide fully virtual behavioral services to school-aged students across Georgia. This remote opportunity allows you to deliver meaningful support to students from the comfort of your home, while collaborating with educators and families via a secure online platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Design and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide remote supervision for RBTs and support staff
Consult with school teams and families via video meetings and digital communication
Track progress and maintain detailed virtual records in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), active and in good standing
Valid Georgia license to practice as a BCBA
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Proficient with virtual platforms and teletherapy tools
Must pass a brief tech screening (computer, internet, audio/video quality)
