About VocoVision:
VocoVision is looking for a dedicatedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to provide remote behavioral services to K-12 students. In this role, you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), work closely with students to improve their behavior and social skills, and collaborate with school teams to ensure effective support in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

• Provide remote consultation and support to parents, teachers, and school teams on implementing behavior interventions.

• Track student progress, adjust behavior plans as necessary, and provide feedback to all stakeholders.

• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students behavior goals and provide expert recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with Michigans special education regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

• Experience working with K-12 students on IEP's (teletherapy experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote setting.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
