Job Title:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:REMOTE (Certified inNew York)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Monitor and analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and cohesive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- New YorkBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting.
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other behavioral challenges.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supervision and training of RBTs preferred.
