Orientation & Mobility Specialist - Lancaster, OH

This opportunity is for an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) to provide direct services in a school setting located in Lancaster, OH. The contract position will begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of May.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct orientation and mobility services to 5-8 students, averaging 2-4 hours per week
• Providing consultation related to orientation and mobility needs
• Writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs) when applicable

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS)
• Ability to manage a small caseload efficiently
• Strong documentation and communication skills related to IEPs and student assessments

Location: Lancaster, OH (school environment)
Contract duration: Start immediately, ending end of May
