Remote Occupational Therapist in OH
An opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students with severe disabilities through a hybrid telehealth and in-school model is available in Cambridge, OH. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) with a start date as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY). The schedule includes 2-3 days per week, offering a balance of in-person and virtual service delivery, with a preference for candidates who have telehealth experience.
Key responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy interventions tailored to the unique needs of students with severe disabilities, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. The role requires adaptability to effectively engage students both remotely and on-site.
Qualifications and experience preferred for this role:
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist with eligibility in Ohio
- Proven experience working with students who have severe disabilities in a K-12 school setting
- Demonstrated proficiency or comfort with telehealth service delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload and provide individualized therapy services effectively
