Teletherapy Occupational Therapist | South Carolina

A contract position is available for an Occupational Therapist providing services in a school setting in Columbia, SC. This role supports students from kindergarten through 8th grade at a public charter school.

Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy through telehealth and on-site methods, aligned with school hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The caseload focuses on K-8 students, requiring collaboration with school staff to implement effective therapy strategies that enhance student participation and performance.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of South Carolina
• Experience providing occupational therapy in educational environments, including teletherapy or telehealth services
• Ability to manage caseload primarily consisting of K-8th grade students
• Strong communication skills and adaptability for both virtual and onsite service delivery
• Availability for a full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week during school hours
