Remote Occupational Therapist in OH

A contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services is available in the Columbus, OH area. This role requires in-person assessments and potential ongoing telehealth and in-school therapy services for a student.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-person evaluations for a newly enrolled student to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services
• Delivering therapy sessions either in-person or via telehealth, depending on the student's needs and qualification results
• Collaborating with educational staff to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to support student success
• Documenting therapy progress and assessments in compliance with school and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
• Experience providing occupational therapy services within school settings
• Competency in conducting assessments and delivering therapy both in-person and via telehealth
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with educators and families
• Ability to travel to student locations as required
