Virtual Occupational Therapist - Remote, Rural Virginia
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote therapy services to studentsin rural Virginia. This role allows you to deliver high-quality occupational therapy from the comfort of your home, supporting K-12 students in developing essential skills for academic and daily living success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations to assess client needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals.

Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms.

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support holistic student development.

Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA.
Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Virginia.

Minimum of two years experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings.

Experience or comfort with teletherapy and virtual platforms.

Reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
