Occupational Therapy Remote - Idaho
A contract opportunity is available for an occupational therapist specializing in school-based services with experience in telehealth and teletherapy. The role involves working with K-12 students, providing therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) within an educational setting.
Location: Grangeville, ID
Duration: August 24 Mid June
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students via telehealth and on-site methods.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and testing to assess student needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
- Document all therapy sessions and evaluations in compliance with regulatory and school district standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and teletherapy delivery.
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and IEP processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.
