Remote Occupational Therapy in MI

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based telehealth services. This role involves providing supportive therapy to students across various grade levels, ensuring they achieve their educational and developmental goals through virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy via telehealth to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within the school environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary.
• Support approximately 32 students across multiple educational levels.
• Commit to working 3 days per week, totaling 20-25 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy services.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage caseload effectively within a part-time schedule.

Location:

• Based in Holt, MI, services will be provided remotely to specified educational centers serving elementary through high school students.
