Remote Occupational Therapy in ID
A contract position is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth and school-based services. This role supports K-12 students through therapy, testing, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation. The position is based in Kamiah, ID, and requires approximately 10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services to K-12 students via telehealth platforms
- Conducting assessments and testing to determine student needs and progress
- Collaborating on the development and execution of IEPs in compliance with educational standards
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to therapy sessions and student evaluations
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid license as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings, particularly using teletherapy methods
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and communicate effectively with educators and families
Contract duration: August 24 through mid-June
