Virtual Occupational Therapist - North Carolina

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services with experience in telehealth and onsite support. This role involves working directly within a school setting, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Location:

• Lumberton, North Carolina

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Deliver evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing therapy sessions both onsite and through telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the educational environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials suitable for school-based practice
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in schools, including telehealth delivery
• Ability to manage a full caseload effectively within a school calendar and environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of developmental milestones and educational accommodations

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week onsite during school hours
