Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) Delaware | K12

Overview:

Were hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Delaware. This fully remote position allows you to support students' functional and academic success through engaging, online therapy sessionsright from your home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students via a secure teletherapy platform

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in alignment with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and school staff to support student development

• Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and student outcomes

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Delaware OT license (and NBCOT certification)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)

• Strong comfort with virtual platforms and technology

• Organized, communicative, and able to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
