Remote Occupational Therapist in AZ

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) is sought for a 180-day contract through the end of the school year, serving school-aged children in Springerville, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to support students' developmental needs via direct intervention and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver telehealth and in-person occupational therapy services tailored to school environments.
• Assess students motor, sensory, and functional skills to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress.
• Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience providing OT services in school settings.
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery of occupational therapy.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently while documenting services efficiently.
