Remote Occupational Therapy in ID
A part-time occupational therapy role is available serving a K-12 student caseload through telehealth services in a school setting. This contract position runs from August 24 through mid-June, providing approximately 10 hours of work per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services via teletherapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of school-aged children
- Conducting assessments and testing to evaluate student progress and support educational goals
- Collaborating on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to develop and implement appropriate therapy plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
- Proficiency in providing telehealth and teletherapy services specific to pediatric populations
- Strong knowledge of K-12 educational environments and special education requirements
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a part-time schedule
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
